Join us over Memorial Day weekend, coinciding with the world-famous Bolder Boulder 10K! The Bolder Boulder is known as “America’s All-Time Best 10k” with the most iconic finish line in Folsom Field. A perfect way to cap off camp!
Beyond training, this camp is about community. You'll be surrounded by an exclusive group of 15-30 like-minded runners who share your passion and create memories to last a lifetime. If you are looking to take your running to the next level or for a fun running getaway, this is the perfect way to learn, grow, and build friendships with athletes all over the country.
About
Throughout the weekend, you will have the opportunity to train in iconic Boulder locations and gain knowledge from professional runners and coaches through engaging seminars on a spectrum of running topics. Sessions will cover key aspects of running, including technique, injury prevention, and race strategy to help each athlete maximize their potential. You'll also improve your strength, mobility, and efficiency with targeted drills, plyometrics, and strength training through this comprehensive and immersive running experience.
We will have a professional photography and video package from our expert media team to capture the weekend. Athletes will also receive a RISE Running Team Shirt, a welcome gift bag, and exclusive discounts at Boulder running stores. Drinks, snacks, and hydration will be provided throughout the camp to keep you fueled and ready to perform.

Athlete accommodation
Travel.
Each athlete will be responsible for arranging their own travel to Colorado. For those traveling from out of state, plan on flying into the Denver airport. We will be organizing pickups and drop-offs to and from the airport for athletes. Weekend-long transportation to training locations, events, and race-day activities will be provided.
Athletes will be responsible for their own meals throughout the duration of camp. There are plenty of great restaurants to check out in the area. Hydration and snacks will be provided during workouts and long runs. Some of the hotels offer free breakfast and others offer an option to pay for breakfast.

Athletes are responsible for booking their own accommodations and this is not included in the camp cost. These hotels are ones that we recommend that are in or close to Boulder! Please reserve your accommodations as soon as possible as Memorial Day weekend will fill up fast!
