BronzeThe bronze level is carefully engineered to ensure that you train smarter, stronger, and puts you in the optimal level to achieve your racing goals. This plan includes:
-An initial email questionnaire to set up your program.
-TrainingPeaks, an interactive training log.
-Monthly training log review.

-Attendance at practices if you reside in the Boulder area.

SilverThe silver level is carefully engineered to ensure that you train smarter, stronger, and puts you in the optimal level to achieve your racing goals. This plan includes:

-Weekly training log review.
-Weekly email
-Strength training program
-Attendance at practices if you reside in the Boulder area.

GoldThe gold level is carefully engineered to ensure that you train smarter, stronger, and puts you in the optimal level to achieve your racing goals. This plan includes:
-An initial email questionnaire and phone call to set up your program.
-TrainingPeaks, an interactive training log.
-Daily training log review
-Daily email
-Monthly phone call
-Strength training program tailored to your needs.
-Attendance at practices if you reside in the Boulder area.

Wednesday 6:30am Manhattan Middle School/Saturday 7:30am (time and location varies depending on weather)
